In
his comment at the FESAC meeting
Aladar Stolmar:
- Informed the
Committee about the transmutation - and most likely fusion - events
achieved at Proton-21,
Kiev Ukraine over 5 thousand times
- In accordance with
the Charge
given [ “you will need to assemble a balanced domestic program that
takes account of fusion programs abroad” and “I would like FESAC to
include Inertial Fusion and relevant aspects of High Energy Density
Physics as you recommend priorities for a balanced Fusion Energy Sciences
program”] it seems necessary to include the investigation of:
- What happened in Proton-21 experiments?
- Why could it happen?
- And what corrections to the Standard Model
of Physical Theory are necessary to understand these facts?
The
comment is: the first priority on science and technology issues of fusion
energy utilization should be the actually happening fusion investigation,
instead of unproven – or negatively proven – ITER and other burning plasma
investigations. Therefore FESAC should verify the claims of Proton-21, and if proven
direct the funding of fusion energy research into this direction.
